This retreat is a dance with the elements — earth, water, fire, and air —
guiding us through the practices on and off the mat.
From the grounding embrace of forest bathing to the flowing currents of the river as we canoe, and the warmth of the bonfire in our garden, we will move in harmony with nature, allowing it to hold and inspire us.

Bereniké is a certified yoga teacher with a deep, personal connection to the transformative power of yoga and over 700 hours of teacher training behind her back.
Her yoga journey began at the age of 14, during a time of personal hardships, when yoga and meditation became a grounding force in her life, helping her move from chaos into a more peaceful, centered space.
With a teaching style rooted in Patanjali’s yoga philosophy, she believes that yoga goes far beyond physical postures. It is a path to understanding ourselves more deeply and connecting us to our truest Self. Bereniké hopes to help students uncover their own inner light and passion, allowing them to move forward with clarity and love.
At this retreat, her intention is simple: to share the practices that have brought her healing and peace, offering others the opportunity to reconnect with themselves and experience the magic of being fully present.
Karen-Marie, also known as KM, had a deep love for food and cooking for as long as she can remember. Her journey into plant-based cuoisine began in her teenage years when she became a vegetarian, sparking a fascination with ingredients and their many possibilities.
This curiosity led her to fermentation and sourdough baking, where she found fulfillment in the slow and mindful process of transformation. She sees food as more than just fuel – it’s a way to connect with nature, care for the body, and create meaningful experiences.
Expect colorful, plant-based dishes made with seasonal ingredients.
Nestled in the heart of the Danube Bend, just an hour North of Budapest, our retreat takes place in a spacious villa. The setting is a quiet Eastern European village of Zebegény, with its simple yet charming streets leading to rolling hills, forest trails, and the gentle flow of the river.
Our home for a few days has plenty of space to hang out and rest, a sauna, heated pool and jacuzzi for us to use between sessions. And the BEST part: we are free to pick all the figs in the garden we want!
